Day 1: Tarangire National Park
Early the morning after breakfast we will drive toTarangire national park for the full game drive, we will stop at picnic site for our lunch, after lunch we will continue with the game drive until evening and drive to our lodge in Karatu for an overnight where it’s very close to Ngorongoro Crater Tarangire national park is referred as playground of Elephant but also known as home of Buffalo, Lions, Wildebeests, Zebra, and Gazelle in dry season. Also, along the shore of lake Barungi attract a lot of mammals for water and various bird species like Kingfisher, Hoopoes and White Bellied bird, Tarangire noted for rolling Savannah, acacia woodland, and splendid baobab. Late in evening we drive to Karatu or Mto wa Mbu for an overnight to our hotel or Campsite.
Day 2: Manyara National Park
Early the morning after breakfast we will drive to Lake Manyara national park for the full game drive, Lake Manyara is known for it's incredible beauty and famous for its tree climbing lions. It has a lush forest, woodland, grassland, swamps and soda lake. The area covers 390 sq km and is a sanctuary to over 350 species of birds - pelicans, storks, sacred Ibises, flamingos and many more. It also has buffaloes, elephants, hippopotami, giraffes and a variety of smaller animals.
Here we spend the day enjoying a game drive and lunching along the shore in this beautiful national park also we will visit the hot spring water point (Maji Moto) to soak in the warm, clear water under the shade of leafy trees. In the afternoon, we drive back to Karatu for an overnight.
Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater
Early the morning after breakfast we will driver to Ngorongoro Conservation Area, then we descend to Ngorongoro Crater for our full day game drive lunch at picnic site. Here you can see a spectacular concentration of wildlife including the big five. (Elephant, Rhino, Lion, Leopard and Buffalo). Drive across the dense forest and near the Soda Lake and enjoy viewing a variety of birdlife. Later ascending to the rim from 2000ft deep Crater and drive back to Arusha for our hotel for overnight.
This is World largest caldera fully of grassland, forest and swamp, a setting of jaw-dropping beauty. The permanent water of crater floor supports a resident population of more than 25,000 large mammals. Lions, Water buck, Hippo Baboons, Black Rhino, leopard, Hyena, Jackal, Buffalo, Warthog, Gazelle and many more are shelter here.
Maasai are sharing the awesome space with animals, their cattle in an area which has been a separate conservation area since 1956 and a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1978. This harmonious co-habitation of Man and beast makes Ngorongoro unique in the world
